Now you have found your perfect holiday how do you book?

Once you have decided on which property you wish to rent and have checked the availability calendar all you need to do is email us with your requirements including:

• Your name;
• The Gîte requested;
• The Date of the holiday;
• The size of the party;
• How you wish to pay (either Bank Transfer or PayPal) and
• Any special needs you require.

We will then confirm the dates and Gîte and send to you a booking request form, booking conditions, details of our comfort packs and confirm the amount  of and method of payment.

Note: The deposit is £75 / 86€ in Low/Medium Season and £100 / 115€ in High Season; please note that if the start date is less than 8 weeks away the full sum is due.

 Once we have received the booking request form and payment we send you a detailed confirmation which will include the dates booked, the Gîte and any optional extras requested.

About 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday we will contact you again to arrange final payment.  Once that has been received we will send joining instructions and ask for an estimated time of arrival and details of the ferry crossing or plane flight you are on, we can then let you know if there are are potential pitfalls for your journey.
