Who and Where are we?

Directions to Gites in Brittany

From Cherbourg, Caen & Le Havre

  1. Join the A84 (Caen to Rennes autoroute).
  2. Leave at junction 34 signposted St Brieuc, Mont St Michel & Dinan N176
  3. Go past both turnings for Dinan and take the exit sign posted Vannes & L’Orient D794 at the first roundabout take the last exit (Vannes/L’Orient) to another roundabout.
  4. At the roundabout turn for Trélivan & Aerodrome D776, then almost immediately left for Trélivan.
  5. Drive through the small hamlet of Bel-Air (Don’t blink), taking the first exit on your left (you enter a crescent) about half way along the crescent turn left signposted La Pouldais.  If you miss the first turning do not worry the next left will take you into the crescent from the other side, and it is signposted, the exit for La Pouldais is now on your right.  If you enter Trélivan retrace your steps back onto the D776 and take the first right after the roundabout, then right into La Pouldais
  6. Drive through the Hamlets of La Pouldais and La Touchefais until you see a sign on your left for La Forestiere, turn here and the property is in front of you.

From St Malo

  1. Take the N137 from St Malo signposted Rennes, Dinan & Mont St Michel.
  2. Take the turning signposted Dinan & St Brieuc N176.
  3. Follow the instructions from 3. Above.

From Roscoff

  1. Take the D58 signposted Morlaix, Saint Brieuc and Rennes
  2. Join the N12/E50 signposted St Brieuc & Rennes
  3. Take the turning marked Dinan N176
  4. Do not take the turning signposted Trélivan, as this takes you into the other end of the commune.  Instead take the next turning marked Vannes & L’Orient D794.
  5. You will see the Dinan Aerodrome on your right hand side.  Take the right turn after this, signposted Trélivan D776.  Now follow the instructions above from 5 (Cherbourg etc.).
